A Jolly Jam Quilt

I finished this quilt about three weeks ago:

The back:

Fabric:  Serena (jelly roll) by Another Point of View for Windham Fabrics along with Swiss dot fabric from Connecting Threads in latte and French blue.  Navy blue fabric from Connecting Threads was used for the border and binding.  The backing is from the Symphony of Blues collection, Connecting Threads.

Batting:  Hobbs Heirloom 100 percent cotton.

Thread:  Pieced and quilted with cotton thread, Connecting Threads. Color: Sandstone for piecing and French blue for quilting most of the quilt top; navy blue thread was used to quilt the border.

Pattern: Jolly Jam by Kimberly Jolly of the Fat Quarter Shop.

Size: 60 X 71 inches.

Sewing Machines: Pieced using my Baby Lock Elizabeth; quilted on my domestic Brother sewing machine.

Quilting:  FMQ (meandering) using my Brother domestic sewing machine.

Recipient:  My son, Scott.

Currently I am working on my "Florida Quilt."  Pictures to follow soon.  I am hand sewing the binding, so it should be completed in a day or two.  Woo-hoo!

Until we quilt again,
